six miles utilized to be my preferred distance (it technically still is for mid-week runs) however I’ve been happily running nine miles the last few weekends.  I believe nine miles is my preferred long distance weekend run.

Before I left I had a piece of toast with PB, banana as well as jelly. Oh, as well as a great deal of water.

When I got back I couldn’t choose between a smoothie or a yogurt bowl. I’ve been eating a great deal of smoothies lately so I went Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Suiza with yogurt. I ate 5x the watermelon shown right here ?

I ate a lot more veggie poultry as well as rice over a salad. This is my new preferred thing, however I believe it has a great deal of sugar in the sauce which I’m trying to get away from ?

Update on Ben’s injury: The bruising is lastly going away as well as the cut is healing. however it’s still gross.
